No Meat Athlete Lentil Veggie Burgers




This is awesome.

It’s a guideline for creating an awesome veggie burger with the ingredients of your choice.

I used lentils, zucchini, carrots, cabbage, low-sodium tamari, balsamic vinegar, paprika, cumin, cayenne, oats, walnuts & parsley and I baked them at 350 for roughly about 10 min/side (just check for preferred brownness).

Then I served over sautéed kale, zucchini & cabbage, smothered with hummus & avocado, and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. So. Yum! Would also be good chopped in a salad, served as a kale wrap, or even in a bun if you swing that way 🙂 But hummus. Avocado. Those are mandatory!
