Quinoa and white bean veggie burgers

I followed this recipe with the following adjustments:
I used a can of cannellini beans instead of the potato.
I sautéed the onion & garlic first.
I used homemade flour (oat flour or corn flour from puffed corn…just put in Vitamix and voila flour!)
Please note it calls for one cup of cooked quinoa so that’s 1/2 uncooked.
I will be serving these pretty puppies with either a salad or steamed kale & corn (I’ll mix it up!) no bun of course but if you’re a bun person go for it! The tahini sauce is soooo yummmm over the burger and any veggies or salad you have with it so feel free to make extra if need be!
