Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
I made a big batch & just kind of threw everything in until it tasted right & had the desired consistency so no specified amounts:
Vega chocolate smoothie protein powder
Wash & dry the kale & tear into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle generously with nutritional yeast and sparingly with chili flakes. Bake on a cookie sheet (lightly greased) for about 20 minutes at 300. Check frequently and bake until crispy but not burnt!
Roast on a lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 with pine nuts & pumpkin seeds sprinkled in along with a tad of salt, pepper, and some other seasonings (I used all-purpose seasoning). Roast for about 5-10 minutes (check & shake frequently to avoid overcooking asparagus & burning nuts & seeds!).
2-3 ripe avocados
1 freshly squeezed lime
1 clove of garlic, minced/crushed
Pinch of salt
Optional add-ins: jalapeño, cilantro
Mash the avocado and mix it altogether!
