Here is the recipe

I used tempeh rather than tofu. I steamed it first then crumbled it & lightly sautéed it with coconut oil & cayenne. I prefer tempeh unless I’m doing an Asian dish. It’s also healthier than tofu. I love the texture and nuttiness. It’s perfect for crumbling! I also find it tastes better without as much doctoring. For me, tofu needs to be fried or marinated in something with a lot of flavor and cooked well. But tempeh, all you have to do is steam it & mix it in with your recipe. It also does great with marinades, sauces, dressings…no frying necessary!
