To make several servings, mix together:
1/2 c oats, 1/2 c oat bran (or 1 cup oats or oat groats)
2 T each of: coconut, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, ground flaxseed, dried fruit (cran, raisin)
1 tsp cinnamon
To make one serving, the night before scoop out 1/3-1/2 cup and put in a glass jar or container that has a lid.
Add nut milk to cover
In the morning, add fresh fruit! Or if using frozen fruit add it the night before so it can thaw. I added 1/3 cup blueberries the night before and then one banana that morning.
