3 c oats
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
1/4 c ground flaxseed
1/4 c almonds chopped (by hand or food processor)
1/4 c walnuts chopped (by hand or food processor)
1/4 c pecans chopped (by hand or food processor)
1/2 c shredded dried coconut
1/4 c melted coconut oil
1/4 c maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 apple chopped (by hand or food processor)
3/4 cup raisins–optional
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, and then together. Stir in raisins if using. Spread out on a large cookie sheet.
Cook 10 min, stir, then stir every 5 min until brown (~25 min total).
Serving size: 1/3 cup
Yields: a LOT!!
Keep in a sealed container.
Serve with nut milk or nut yogurt and fresh or frozen fruit. Enjoy!!!
